Job Responsibilities:

- Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

- Meeting planned sales goals.

- Setting individual sales targets and leading all Sales Executives and Sales Coordinators.

- Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.

- Identifying business opportunities that generate revenue growth in both new and existing accounts.

- Building strategic relationships with key contacts within the existing customer base to understand opportunities for creating value.

- Compiling and completing accurate proposals to customers, providing information on interactions, statistics, and discussions.

- Keeping a pulse on the overall market conditions to better support the customer experience and/or to answer any inquiries needing immediate attention.

- Building productive results-driven relationships with staff, business partners, and customers.

- Representing and actively engaging in the organization\'s culture and commitment to integrity, code of ethics, and core practices.

- Completing other assigned tasks based on leadership discretion.

Job Requirements:

- Experience in sales of Floor Care Equipment, at least five years of sales experience.

- Bachelor\'s degree preferably in Marketing / Mechanical Engineering, having MBA is an advantage.

- At least 3 years of post-qualification experience in Sales and Marketing in Floorcare Machines, Chemicals, etc.

- Possess active network with different companies, facility management, hospitality industries, developers, and contractors.

- Proven track record of sales achievements.

- Can handle a team of Sales Executives.

- Ability to travel most of the time, must have a valid UAE driver\'s license.

- Ability to negotiate and understand marketing skills.

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, desire to deliver results.

- Ability to create and deliver presentations.

- Fast learner and quick thinker, passionate about sales.

- Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment.
