Gothique Architects is a Dubai-based interior design and architectural firm specializing in luxury villas, high-end residential projects, commercial spaces, and bespoke design solutions. We are expanding our client base and looking for a dynamic
Sales Manager
who can bring new projects, build relationships, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities ( Focused on New Projects):
Actively generate
new leads
through networking, cold calls, site visits, social media outreach, and partnerships.
Identify and approach
potential clients
, including villa owners, real estate agents, developers, and commercial businesses.
Present Gothique Architects' services convincingly to convert leads into
confirmed interior design and architectural projects
.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to secure repeat and referral business.
Attend property viewings, exhibitions, and events to scout new business opportunities.
Prepare and send proposals in coordination with the design team, and
follow up until project closing
.
Maintain a solid weekly pipeline of prospects and submit regular sales activity reports.
Achieve monthly targets for
new project acquisition
and revenue generation.
Requirements:
Proven experience in
sales
,
business development
, or
client relations
(preferably in interior design / real estate / construction).
Strong communication & negotiation skills.
Presentable, confident, and client-oriented.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Valid UAE driving license is a plus.
Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus).
