Sales Manager with Food and Beverage Experience

to lead our sales team and drive growth in key markets.

Key Responsibilities:



Managing and administering all commercial and public events and ensuring that customer expectations are met. Overseeing the collective coordination of all event information and resources, account management, sales prospecting, and business development. Developing, managing and following event budget, tracking payments, expenses, and ensuring financial accountability. Making strategic decisions to optimize resources and achieve desired outcomes within budgetary constraints. Overseeing all logistical aspects of events, including venues selection, accommodation, transportation, audio visual setup, catering and equipment rentals. Ensuring smooth operations and timely execution. Building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their event requirements, and providing exceptional customer service. Collaborating with clients to develop event concepts, themes, and programs. Overseeing on-site event operations, including staff coordination and troubleshooting. Ensuring seamless and memorable experience for all participants. Staying update with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in events management. Incorporating innovative ideas and strategies to enhance the quality and impact of events. Overseeing the designing and production of all marketing collateral, promotion, and adverts. Liaising with clients from the beginning to the end, and also attending the event to ensure that it goes smoothly. Responsible for the satisfaction of clients or customers by ensuring excellent customer service and quality delivery. Building relationships and networking. Maintaining working relationships with internal and external partners and holding these relationships to deliver innovative and memorable events. Making prospecting calls to potential clients. Ensuring all events comply with health and safety regulations. Tracking sales data and maintaining accurate records. Collaborating with the marketing team to create effective advertising strategies. Negotiating contracts and prices with clients. Participate in events, fairs, and exhibitions to network and promote our services. Ensure timely processing of contracts, invoicing, and other documentation. Establish and maintain accurate databases of customers and suppliers. Cultivate collaborative relationships with Finance, F&B Operations, and other departments to ensure compliance with Client's policies and procedures. Adhere to all policies and procedures related to venue hire, catering, and events management. Ensure adherence to procurement procedures and timelines. Develop promotions of specialty packages to entice new customers. Determine sales goals. Develops budgets, makes purchases (supplies, decorations, etc.), tracks and manages expenses for all special events in order to keep them cost effective and in-line with organizational budget goals. Oversees, develops, organizes, executes, and evaluates special events and generates ideas to enhance/expand current offerings.

Qualifications:



Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the food and beverage industry Strong network within the F&B market (e.g., restaurants, hotels, distributors, retailers) Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and make strategic decisions Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
