Facility Management Sales Executive - Hard & Soft Services

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced
Sales Executive
to join our Facility Management team, focusing on the sales of both
Hard Services
(e.g., MEP, HVAC, Civil Maintenance) and
Soft Services
(e.g., Cleaning, Security, Landscaping, Pest Control). The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop client relationships, and close deals within commercial, residential, and industrial sectors.
Key Responsibilities:1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and target potential clients through cold calling, networking, and industry events.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline for both hard and soft FM services.
Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and presentations to clients.
Conduct site visits and understand client needs to recommend appropriate service solutions.
Negotiate and close contracts in line with company policies and revenue goals.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and issue resolution.
Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations.
3. Market & Competitor Analysis
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Provide insights and feedback to management to enhance service offerings and pricing strategies.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts.
Ensure all proposals, contracts, and agreements are properly documented and approved.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Strong knowledge of
Hard & Soft FM Services
Proven track record in
B2B sales
, preferably in FM or related industries
Excellent
negotiation, communication, and presentation
skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Target-driven with a proactive and results-oriented approach
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field
3-5 years of sales experience
in the Facility Management or related industry
UAE/GCC experience (preferred for Middle East-based roles)
Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
