What Does a Sales Manager - Events & MICE Do?
As a Sales Manager for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE), you'll be responsible for promoting the hotel's event and group business, building long-term client relationships, and ensuring smooth coordination of all events. Your focus will be on growing market share, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the hotel's commercial strategy.
What Are the Key Responsibilities?
- Proactively solicit MICE, group, and event business to achieve revenue targets
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts based on client requirements
- Manage negotiations and close group/event deals effectively
- Maintain updated records of accounts, activities, and follow-ups

What Skills Are Needed for a MICE Sales Manager in Dubai?
Education and Experience:
- Relevant degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel sales, events, or MICE segment
