Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Sales Manager - Aluminum and Facade

to lead our sales team and drive business growth in aluminum and facade systems. The successful candidate will develop strategic sales plans, manage client relationships, and oversee project-based sales activities to achieve revenue targets across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth targets in aluminum and facade products. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, market research, and client referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, consultants, developers, and key stakeholders. Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales objectives. Manage the entire sales cycle including lead generation, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing deals. Collaborate with project management, engineering, and procurement teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales approaches. Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and budgets for senior management. Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 10 years of proven sales experience in aluminum systems, facade solutions, or related construction materials. Strong knowledge of aluminum curtain walls, cladding, glazing systems, and facade industry standards. Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Valid driving license preferred.
