Job Summary:
We are seeking a
dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager
with proven experience in ERP and Odoo solutions sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and leading the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Identify and qualify new business opportunities for ERP and Odoo solutions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners.
Conduct presentations, demos, and negotiations to close deals.
Collaborate with the technical team to align solutions with client requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field (MBA is a plus).
5+ years of sales experience in ERP solutions (Odoo experience preferred).
Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus).
