Role Overview
We are seeking an accomplished
Sales Manager
with strong experience in handling enterprise accounts across the GCC. The role requires deep client relationships, consultative selling skills, and the ability to lead strategic enterprise opportunities across multiple countries in the Gulf region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the
enterprise sales strategy across GCC markets
(UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Kuwait, Bahrain).
Identify, pursue, and close high-value opportunities across Microsoft solutions (Azure, Dynamics 365, M365), cybersecurity, managed services, and cloud transformation projects.
Build and maintain senior-level (CXO) relationships within enterprise clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead complex sales cycles, including solution design collaboration, RFP responses, bid management, and contract negotiations.
Drive account growth through strategic account planning, cross-selling, and up-selling.
Achieve and exceed enterprise revenue targets and KPIs across the region.
Collaborate with internal solution architects, delivery, and practice teams to ensure alignment with client needs.
Represent Meridian Solutions at GCC-level industry events, partner summits, and executive briefings.
Mentor and guide sales executives in different GCC markets to build a strong regional pipeline.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, IT, or related field.
10-12 years of proven experience in
enterprise IT solution sales across GCC
.
Strong track record of winning and managing
large enterprise deals ($1M+)
.
Hands-on experience with enterprise solutions in
cloud, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and business applications
.
Established relationships with
CXOs and senior decision-makers
across GCC enterprises.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in multi-country, multicultural environments.
Ability to travel frequently across GCC countries as required.
Valid GCC driving license preferred.
