United Security Technology LLC is seeking an experienced
Sales Manager - ELV Systems
to lead and grow our business within the Oil & Gas, Government, Semi-Government, and Corporate sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong industry knowledge, a proven sales track record, and the ability to develop strategic client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and expand business opportunities across multiple sectors (Oil & Gas, Government, Semi-Government, Corporate).
Identify key decision-makers and successfully close ELV solution sales.
Collaborate with Pre-Sales Engineers to prepare and deliver proposals.
Ensure customer retention and repeat business through effective relationship management.
Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring accurate forecasting and timely reporting.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends.
Identify new opportunities and develop strategies for market expansion.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.
7-10 years of experience
in Sales & Business Development within the ELV Systems industry.
Strong technical understanding of Security Systems, Structured Cabling, Audio-Visual, and other ELV solutions.
Proven track record in managing large-scale and government projects.
Abu Dhabi market experience is
highly preferred
.
Valid UAE Driving License is
mandatory
.
