What Do We Need From You?

You truly understand professional selling and communicating. You can listen to a sales call, and hear the exact moment, when a sale is won or lost. You can run engaging and exciting sales meetings that provide real value. You are willing to get on the phones, and talk to customers yourself to get the deal done. You know how to manage your time and make sure your team is managing theirs. You are an expert at following up and getting referrals.



What You Will Be Doing

Managing a team

in office

selling over the phone to inbound leads and live transfers Working in-office at our Dubai Silicon Oasis IFZA Business Park location Selling the best merchant services provider on the market (Teya) Analyzing call recordings Providing feedback and coaching Talking to customers to help push deals over the edge. Creating sales incentives

Requirements



Proven experience in

professional selling and communication

. Ability to

identify key moments in sales calls

that determine wins or losses. Strong skills in

running engaging and valuable sales meetings

. Willingness to

personally engage with customers

and close deals when needed. Excellent

time management

for yourself and your team. Expertise in

follow-ups and generating referrals

. Comfortable with tools like

Slack, Vanillasoft, RingCentral, Monday, G-Suite, and AI sales tools

. Leadership mindset with the drive to

manage, coach, and motivate a sales team
