Real Estate Sales Manager - Dubai

We are seeking an

experienced and motivated Real Estate Sales Manager

to lead our dynamic sales team in Dubai. This pivotal role requires a results-driven professional who can design and implement effective sales strategies, build strong client relationships, and inspire a high-performing team to consistently exceed targets.

Key Responsibilities



Sales Strategy & Growth

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies tailored to Dubai's real estate market. Identify new market opportunities, set clear revenue targets, and refine strategies based on data and trends.

Team Leadership & Development

Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve peak performance. Establish structured training programs focused on sales skills, negotiation, and product knowledge.

Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs. Implement feedback systems to enhance satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

Sales Operations Oversight

Manage property listings to ensure accuracy and market competitiveness. Coordinate marketing initiatives and oversee documentation to maintain compliance and efficiency.

Market & Compliance Awareness

Ensure compliance with Dubai real estate laws and RERA regulations. Stay updated on market trends, economic shifts, and competitor activity to guide strategy.

Qualifications



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 5 years in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within Dubai.

Skills:

Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Proficiency in CRM systems and sales process management.

Preferred Qualifications



Licensing:

RERA certification or equivalent Dubai real estate license.

Market Knowledge:

Deep understanding of Dubai's prime property areas, strong industry network, and ability to provide clients with expert market insights.
