This pivotal role is designed for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in selling HR services to a diverse clientele across the region. The ideal candidate will be a strategic hunter, adept at building relationships, closing high-value deals, and expanding our market presence.
Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the UAE market, focusing on medium to large enterprises.
  • Full-Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales process from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation, closing, and contract signing.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers (CHROs, CEOs, Finance Directors) in client organizations.
  • Product Expertise: Serve as a subject matter expert on our suite of HR services, effectively articulating value propositions and crafting tailored solutions to meet client needs.
  • Market Intelligence: Maintain a deep understanding of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to strategically position our offerings.
  • Revenue Targets: Consistently meet and exceed ambitious quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and delivery teams to ensure a seamless transition from sale to service implementation, guaranteeing client satisfaction.
Required Expertise & Services Portfolio
The successful candidate must have demonstrable experience and a strong network in selling the following HR services in the UAE:
  • Outsourced PRO (Public Relations Officer) Services: Managing visa processing, labor card applications, and government liaison services.
  • HR Payrolling & PEO (Professional Employer Organization): Offering comprehensive payroll outsourcing, benefits administration, and compliance management.
  • GRO (Government Relations Officer) Services: Handling all government-related formalities and documentation for companies and employees.
  • Business Setup & Office Services: Providing support and solutions for company formation, licensing, and office setup/management.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 8 years of direct sales experience, specifically in selling HR services within the UAE market.
  • A proven and verifiable track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Extensive network of contacts and relationships with potential clients across various industries in the UAE.
  • Deep understanding of the UAE labor law, immigration processes, and the business landscape.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working autonomously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
