Job Description

:
Develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and objectives to achieve revenue targets and business growth. Recruit, train, coach, and mentor sales team members to drive performance and exceed sales quotas. Establish and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders. Monitor sales metrics and KPIs, and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Proven experience in sales management or leadership roles. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Results-oriented mindset and ability to motivate and inspire teams. Customer-focused approach and strategic thinking.
