Job Description

Our client, one of the leading MS Dynamics partner\xe2\x80\x99s sister concerns in consulting business (with a headcount of 15+) is looking for Sales Manager for their office based in Dubai.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the software and technology sector, with a deep understanding of Microsoft products, SaaS solutions and customer experience.Job Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Partner with customers to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Be able to provide basic product demos to customers.
  • Understand category-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
  • Manage a sales team to drive sales strategies, monitor performance, and achieve targets.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and budgetary plans.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities within territory.
  • Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders.
  • Offer feedback and suggestions for product and service improvements based on customer feedback and sales experiences.
Requirements:
  • Proven sales experience (at least 8 years), with consistent trend of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused, differentiated, and achievable solutions.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent, preferably with a concentration in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Deep understanding of Microsoft-based technologies and software solutions.
  • Experience with CRM software (preferable: MS D365) & MS Office (particularly MS Excel).
  • Experience in the domain of customer loyalty or CX would be highly valued.
