We\'re looking for a Sales Manager/Account Manager with 10 years of experience with a minimum of 5 years experience in sales and business development experience.

Job Responsibilities:
To pro-actively seek new business opportunities and leads
Consistently convert new leads into accounts and build customer accounts using outbound lead-generation techniques
To execute a sales-specific strategy developed with the senior management team
Execute growth strategies to ensure we consistently exceed customer expectations and build partnerships
To achieve set sales and growth margin targets
To be the face of our business in the market
Build strong partnerships with 3rd party vendors to resell/redistribute our products and services
Ensure having a positive and good relationship with our customers.
Presenting and delivering product demos for potential customers
Manage contract negotiation and awarding processes with clients
Own the invoicing and collection process with the customers
Work with the presales team on the proposal to ensure it matches customer requirements and budget constraints
Opportunities Pricing and creating a cost sheet per opportunity.
Qualifications:
Prior sales experience in the UAE market with strong customer connections.
Prior experience in acquiring and working with potential partners to expand our reach
Strong experience in closing deals with large enterprises and governmental clients (B2G).
Comfortable holding high-level technical discussions with customers.
Basic Software Engineering background and general technology awareness.
Past account management experience where you exceeded quota and met key performance metrics.
Demonstrated ability to engage and influence C-level executives.
Strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to cross-functional audiences.
Ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
Experience working within the enterprise software development industry.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English & Arabic is a plus
