Job Description

Apt Resources is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager with European experience for their client, a leading industrial catering company. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth and maximize revenue. You will oversee a team of sales representatives, establish strong relationships with key clients, and identify new business opportunities in the industrial catering industry.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and generate new business.
Manage and lead a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional customer service.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify areas for business growth and improvement.
Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to senior management.
Stay updated with industry developments and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive in the market.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial catering industry with UAE experience.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Fluency in English (both written and spoken), and knowledge of additional European languages is a plus.
Willingness to travel as required.
With Valid UAE Driving license
