Job Summary: As a Sales Executive for our printed label manufacturing company, you will be responsible for driving sales growth through strategic business development and client relationship management. You will play a pivotal role in promoting our high-quality printed labels to potential customers, ensuring a deep understanding of their labeling needs, and delivering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, a solid understanding of the printing industry, and excellent communication skills. Key Responsibilities :Prospecting and Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients in industries requiring printed labels.Generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold-calling. Client Consultation: Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their labeling requirements.Provide expert advice on the most suitable label materials, printing techniques, and customization options. Sales Presentations: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to key decision-makers.Effectively communicate the unique features and benefits of our printed labels. Quoting and Proposal submission : Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes based on client specifications.Submit comprehensive proposals that address client needs and showcase our capabilities. Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and conditions to secure successful deals.Close sales transactions and meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.Act as the main point of contact, addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Market Analysis and Reporting: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide regular reports on sales performance, opportunities, and challenges. Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within the printing or label manufacturing industry.
Solid understanding of label materials, printing processes, and customization options.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
We are looking for someone who has worked in labelling industry/packaging industry with good exposure in Pharma, Agro & FMCG segments. The remuneration will be purely based on sales figures. Job Type: Part-time Salary: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month Ability to Commute:
