Job Description

Our client, a business setup & real estate company is looking to hire a Sales Manager for their office based in Dubai.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a team of Real Estate Sales Professionals.
  • Extensive knowledge in secondary market and off plan.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Train, Mentor, and Motivate sales staff to achieve their sales targets.
  • Manage property viewings, presentations, and negotiation processes
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Generate and follow up on qualified leads to initiate and close property transactions.
  • Guide clients through the buying or selling process, including legal and financial aspects.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in market regulations, legal requirements, and industry practices.
  • Extensive knowledge in Downtown and Business Bay secondary market
Other requirements:
  • Proven experience of min 5 years as a Sales Manager in the UAE real estate market.
  • In-depth knowledge of Dubai\'s real estate industry. Including legal and financial aspects.
  • Expert in real estate secondary market.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Results-driven and able to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • RERA certification is mandatory.
  • UAE driving license and own vehicle.
Salary: As per experience + Commission

Working Hours/Days: 9am-6pm/ 5 days
