We are Greeneration, disrupting GCC agribusiness to become the best organic ingredients provider in the region! A technology-driven company that supplies greenery and edible flowers to hotels and restaurants in the UAE. Our first vertical hydroponic farm is located in DIC \xe2\x80\x93 the new center of attraction of Dubai and the most actively developing area of the city. Our goal is the whole world. We start with Dubai. We continue in GCC. Then \xe2\x80\x93 everywhere. Currently, we are searching for a self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven sales manager who can take charge of our client base, expand it, and drive sales utilizing previous experience in the UAE B2B Horeca market. Responsibilities: As a Sales Manager, your responsibilities include creating plans to generate new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients and partners, and increasing company revenue and profits. This role combines sales, marketing, and strategic analysis.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients and partners.
  • Understand customer needs and provide effective solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, agreements, and contracts with clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and business development activities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
  • UAE Driving License and a car
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales in the UAE, minimum 1 year in HoReCa sector
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, agriculture, or a related field
  • Good PC user. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, CRM
  • Strong understanding of the UAE market
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
