Job Description

We are a mobile phone accessories company based in Dubai and we are looking for a sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and demonstrated experience in managing a sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building and maintaining relationships with clients Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing a sales plan that aligns with the company\'s overall strategy and goals
  • Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales goals
  • Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
  • Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
  • Managing the sales budget and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets
  • Prepare e-commerce sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management
  • Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.
Requirements:
  • Only individuals with work experience in the field of mobile accessories will have their resumes reviewed.
  • Proven experience as a sales manager in the mobile phone accessories industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of mobile phone accessories, including the latest trends, technologies, and market dynamics
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify market opportunities, address challenges, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Diversified skills in advertising, marketing, and product integration
  • Demonstrated experience in managing a retail sales team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Master or Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
  • Ability to apply specific product knowledge to help deliver specialized solutions to customers
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
  • Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, but not required, if the candidate has extensive experience in the mobile phone accessories industry.
