We are a mobile phone accessories company based in Dubai and we are looking for a sales Manager to lead our sales team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and demonstrated experience in managing a sales team. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and building and maintaining relationships with clients Responsibilities:
Developing and implementing a sales plan that aligns with the company\'s overall strategy and goals
Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to achieve sales goals
Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
Build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities
Prepare sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
Managing the sales budget and ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to achieve sales targets
Prepare e-commerce sales reports and forecasts and present them to senior management
Conducting market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities
Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure a cohesive approach to sales and customer service.

Proven experience as a sales manager in the mobile phone accessories industry, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
