Sales Master
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month Experience:
- \xc2\xb7 Must have professional command on Arabic Language.
- \xc2\xb7 Take measurement of all kind of kandura with perfection and fill all fields of order form.
- \xc2\xb7 Place signature on the back of order form once it is complete.
- \xc2\xb7 Take special requirement of customer in order to avoid any alteration in kandura.
- \xc2\xb7 Always focus to satisfy customer needs and record their suggestions to improve our standard.
- \xc2\xb7 Be professional in delivery management of customer order.
- \xc2\xb7 follow production and delivery schedule given by factory to ensure the smooth operations.
- \xc2\xb7 Maintain grooming and presentable personality.
- \xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness of outlet premises, fit outs and maintain proper display as approved by company.
- \xc2\xb7 Follow instruction given by outlet in-charge.
- \xc2\xb7 MUST focus to sale all products available in sotre.
- \xc2\xb7 Follow company discipline, rules and regulation and avoid conflict of interest.
- \xc2\xb7 Must have good command on stock management.
- \xc2\xb7 Must have good command on POS software to record sales & deliveries.
- \xc2\xb7 Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- \xc2\xb7 Update and close sales on daily basis.
- \xc2\xb7 Reconcile cash report with sales n bank deposit slip.
- \xc2\xb7 Follow sales promotion instruction and MUST memorise selling prices with latest offer.
- \xc2\xb7 Maintain cleanliness of catalogues and updated version of fabric in stock.
- \xc2\xb7 Must memorize other offers like Skyward Hours, ENBD instalment plan, ESAAD or any other corporate deal.
- \xc2\xb7 Maintain safe keeping of company assets.
- \xc2\xb7 Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
- \xc2\xb7 Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships.
- \xc2\xb7 Reach out to customer leads through cold calls.
- \xc2\xb7 Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize his satisfaction.
- \xc2\xb7 Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
- \xc2\xb7 Focus on customer inquiries, feed back and recommendations and report to operation manager.
- \xc2\xb7 Maintain Good enjoinment between staff
- \xc2\xb7 Able to accomplish any other task given by line manager.
