Our company is looking for a Real Estate Sales Manager to oversee our sales team. In this position, the supervision of salespeople is your top priority. You will set sales goals, help secure leads, and train new agents for your staff. You will also call upon your years of sales experience to help with complicated matters, such as complex retail contracts and sales forecasting. Our perfect applicant has an active real estate license and years of experience in the field. Real Estate Sales Manager Duties and Responsibilities
\xc2\xb7 Hire and train real estate agents
\xc2\xb7 Set goals and motivate your agents to surpass them
\xc2\xb7 Source new leads for your agents
\xc2\xb7 Provide support on complex sales
\xc2\xb7 Implement team-wide sales strategies
\xc2\xb7 Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
\xc2\xb7 Offplan Developer required
\xc2\xb7 Strong leadership skills. Requirements:
*If you have the following experience and qualifications:
\xc2\xb7 2-3 years sales experience with a major UAE property developer or leading real estate broker
\xc2\xb7 RERA / Real Estate Board exam certified
\xc2\xb7 Knowledgeable Dubai real estate market and latest trends
\xc2\xb7 Good network / database of investors
\xc2\xb7 Presentable, confident, enthusiastic, proactive and assertive with a willingness to work on own initiative
\xc2\xb7 Proven work experience as a Sales Manager, Sales Director, or a similar role in Real Estate.
\xc2\xb7 Sound knowledge in planning and implementing sales strategies.
\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and presentation skills.
\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
\xc2\xb7 Good time management and organizational skills.
\xc2\xb7 Arabic speaking
