Job Description

Job purpose:

Developing and managing relationships with Merchants, Resellers, Solution Providers, and other channel hardware and service providers within the GCC. The Sales Manager will have a focus on driving revenue and profit growth through sales of Payment and non-payment hardware and services to Geidea\'s clients.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
  • Determine customers\' needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Obtain hardware market share by working with Commercial Director to develop hardware sales strategies.
  • Provide information for management by preparing short-term and long-term hardware sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Prospect for new customers via existing network, face-to-face meetings, conferences, and email marketing.
  • Develop relationships with prospecting buyers.
  • Develop a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of individual sales goals.
  • Provide responsive customer service and resolve client issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Liaise with procurement department to ensure orders are properly shipped, received and invoiced.
  • Present the company value proposition in front of sales organizations via customer visits or online conference calls.
  • Work in a team environment and cross-sell product lines and services.

Must have technical/professional qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in any field
  • 5 +Years of experience in hardware sales including a minimum of 3 years people management experience.
  • Financial services (fintech or banking) background is preferred.
  • B2B experience is preferred.
  • Proven track record of selling payment and non-payment devices.
