Job Summary: Looking for a Sales Manager in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)

Job Key Details:

• Handle the entire sales cycle from opportunity identification to closing sales with a strong focus on the customer requirements
• Identify and close sales from an extensive sales channel with continuous quarterly improvement across all sales performance metrics
• Develop trusted and high integrity relationships with current clients, prospects, key influencers as well as partners across the area
• Execute planned marketing activities
• Support the overall sales and marketing strategy based on target markets and client engagements
• Manage sales revenue, margin targets as well as other sales performance metrics
• Develop strong client relationships as well as strategic relationships with channel partners
• Provide a forecast of sales on quarterly basis and ensure sales are conducted as per the forecast
• Any other related assigned tasks

Job Qualifications and Experience

• The ideal candidate must have an Engineering Degree with proven experience in the UAE Sheet Metal Fabrication industry
• Candidates must have previous experience working as sales engineers
• Must have a valid Emirates driving license
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated record of sales results as well as meeting or exceeding all quarterly and annual sales goals
• Outstanding knowledge of sheet metal fabrication
• Must be self-motivated and an independent problem solver
• Strong leadership and management skills
• Ability to communicate well in Arabic will be a plus
