Job Description

Our client, an established Real Estate company in UAE is seeking to hire a sales Manager with hands-on experience in UAE\xe2\x80\x99s Real Estate to join and grow with the team. The candidate has to be well experienced in building and motivating a team, and has to be result-oriented, Self-Motivated with Quick-thinking and decision making skills

Main Responsibilities:

Assist the team in generating new Leads via phone calls, emails and face-to-face interaction. Ability to generate own leads through own contacts through own strong network base.

Identify and evaluate properties that meet clients\' criteria, including conducting property viewings and inspections.

To ensure team monthly set targets are met. Maintaining the team to respond new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert them into closer.

Ensuring that the Property Management process is followed in accordance with the company policies & procedures as well as in line with the UAE/RERA rental laws & guidelines.

To guide the team to deal with people over phone, emails and face-to-face in a professional manner.

Manage all aspects of a managed property, its residents and any associated person/content in a positive and productive manner.

Lead, manage and build a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share.

Train, mentor, and coach team members to enhance their sales skills and overall performance.

Monitor the real estate market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.

Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to create impactful campaigns and promotional activities.

Oversee the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, while maintaining high ethical standards.

Prepare regular sales reports and present performance metrics to senior management.

Manage and optimize leads, distribute leads effectively, and ensure timely follow-ups.

Coordinate and supervise sales calls, site visits, and developer viewings and trainings to drive

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of managerial work experience in UAE Real Estate industry

Has the ability to onboard a minimum of 7 team members along with himself/herself

Experience in luxury properties / Off-plan properties expertise

Negotiation and cross-selling skills
