Role: Sales Manager Location: Dubai, UAE ***Immediate joiners only | Preferably Cancelled & Visit Visa candidate\'s*** Job description:
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensure it\xe2\x80\x99s strong presence.
- Co-ordinate with HR Team for Recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer/client relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Understand our ideal customers/clients and how they relate to our business.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new packages/offers and competition status.
