Job Title: Sales Manager
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Sales Manager to lead a sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leadership and a deep understanding of the real estate industry in Dubai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving the sales performance, managing and motivating the sales team, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to drive business growth and maximize revenue.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for business development and improvement.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and offer coaching and training to enhance the sales team\'s skills and performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and strategies to generate leads and increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and budgets, and present them to the senior management team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and legal regulations related to real estate in Dubai, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings to represent the company and expand the professional network.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in real estate would be advantageous
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager within the real estate industry in Dubai.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully leading and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent knowledge of the real estate market in Dubai, including current trends, pricing, and regulations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage and track sales activities.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Arabic or any other languages is a plus.
  • Valid driver\'s license and own transportation for attending property viewings and meetings
