Luxury Homes Real Estate are seeking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our Team! Responsibilities:
- Recruit, hire, and train sales team and help them to close the deals
- Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members
- Asses performances through observation and results
- Create a collaborative and competitive work environment for the team
- Set and adjust sales goals
- Brief the team and keep up to date with new project launches and developers updates
- Off plan/Secondary - Sales Manager Experience
- Proven ability to manage and lead a team
- Strong written and communication skills
- Experience setting sales goals
- Deep understanding of the market and new launches
- Ability to hit target for team per month
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in Real Estate Brokerage
