Job Title: Sales Manager Credit Card and Personal Loan - Indeed Location: Dubai, UAE Salary: AED 8,000 (Fixed), plus very attractive incentives We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Credit Card and Personal Loan team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and manage daily operations. Responsibilities: Build, manage and supervise a team of Credit Card and Personal Loan sales agents. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue. Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve results. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient operations and smooth customer experiences. Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed. Track and report on team and individual performance metrics. Provide excellent customer service and handle customer complaints and inquiries as needed. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and other relevant data. Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Credit Card and Personal Loan sales, with at least 1 year in a leadership or supervisory role. Strong sales skills and ability to motivate and manage a team to achieve sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with UAE banking regulations and policies. Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Arabic is preferred.
