The Role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for delivery and assembly services.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with key customers to grow the business.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors, and use that information to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and assembly experiences for customers.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately on a regular basis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with furniture manufacturers and suppliers
  • Qualify leads from sales and marketing campaigns as business opportunities
  • Ability to review RFQs, and contracts, and submit proposals
  • Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
  • Present our company to potential clients
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
  • Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
  • Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
  • Report to the Country Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
  • Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans

The Person

  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the furniture industry
  • Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
  • Local market exposure
