The Role
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for delivery and assembly services.
Identify new sales opportunities and develop relationships with key customers to grow the business.
Conduct market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitors, and use that information to adjust sales strategies and tactics.
Collaborate with other departments, including operations and customer service, to ensure seamless delivery and assembly experiences for customers.
Manage the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately on a regular basis.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with furniture manufacturers and suppliers
Qualify leads from sales and marketing campaigns as business opportunities
Ability to review RFQs, and contracts, and submit proposals
Contact potential clients through cold calls and emails
Present our company to potential clients
Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
Customize product solutions to increase customer satisfaction
Build long-term trusting relationships with clients
Report to the Country Manager on (weekly/monthly/quarterly) sales results
Stay up to date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans
The Person
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the furniture industry
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
