Job Description
We are currently Hiring a Sales Manager who will Join our growing team and also have experience in Pak real estate market. Responsibilities
- Define and implement sales strategies.
- A knack for client satisfaction and closing deals.
- Contributes to the teams and individual growth.
- Prepares reports on regular basis.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and recruit top sales talent
- Create an open and harmonious work culture.
- Must have prior real estate sales experience of minimum 1 years in Dubai.
- Deep knowledge about the Dubai real estate market.
- Best CRM in place to make your work life easier
- Mentors with an experience of more than 5 years in the real estate market of Dubai
- favorable (competitive) pay structure
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
- REAL ESTATE: 1 year (Preferred)
