Job Description

As a Sales Manager for a freight and forwarding company in Dubai, your primary responsibility is to oversee the sales activities of the company and to manage a team of sales representatives. Your primary duties include the following: 1. Developing and implementing sales strategies. 2. Building and managing a sales team. 3. Creating sales plans and forecasts. 4. Maintaining customer relationships. 5. Collaborating with other departments. 6. Reporting on sales activities. 7. Staying up-to-date with industry trends. 8. Pro-actively search, qualify, develop and engage into new customer relationships. Primary Qualifications: 1. Proven 10 years Sales Management experience within the Shipping and Logistics industry in UAE. 2. Has a good knowledge of Container/ Shipping lines/ freight forwarding / NVOCC / logistics. 3. Has an existing list of potential contacts or leads. 4. Has strong knowledge about the UAE local market, competitor and industry trends. 5. Sales revenue driven \xe2\x80\x93 aggressive in achieving own sales target and leading his team to achieve group sales target. 6. Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management or any similar field. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Experience:
