Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Create a sales plan including sales forecast, sales targets definition, opportunities initiation, define customers, sales packages pricing and promotions, the team, and resources required for implementation.
  • Develop new channels for sales.
  • Implementation and monitoring of the sales plan.
  • Create and monitor the KPI of the sales process.
  • Being a part of developing the pricing strategy based on the current market needs
  • Develop a customer-retaining strategy and build effective communication with clients and team members.
  • Collaboration with the marketing team to ensure that all marketing activities are aligned with the sales plan/goals
  • .Ensure full compliance with adopted policies, procedures, budget, and quality standards
  • Analysis and revise sales plans based on market studies and customer behavior.
  • Close deals with customers officially in terms of contract conditions that should clarify our scope of work, fees, after-sale service, and warranties, \xe2\x80\xa6.
  • Formulate self-generated lead programs through different leads generation channels and train the sales team is working to enhance self-generation contribution
  • Develop performance metrics for the sales team and monitor their results and conduct annual performance appraisals.
  • Train the sales team about all aspects of sales work based on Syncrow\xe2\x80\x99s culture and the specific & basic soft skills
  • Manage all CRM activities and generate reports based on the needs of the sales.
Qualifications :
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in business administration, marketing, sales, Electrical engineering, or another related field of discipline or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in the Home Automation industry in UAE
  • Has effectively educated consumers on products and services and success in consultative selling.
  • Experience in CRM
  • Having a proven successful track record in consumer/residential sales or related industries is a plus.
  • Bilingual English &Arabic is a plus.
Skills:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (i.e., Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Valid UAE Driving license
