Job Description

The Role

Bringing business to the company \xe2\x80\xa2 Taking brief during the discussion with the Client \xe2\x80\xa2 Prepare a sketch of the client\xe2\x80\x99s requirement and be explained to the engineering dept for preparing drawing and estimation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with draftsman and estimator for clarifying doubts on technical matters. \xe2\x80\xa2 Quotation to be prepared and sent to the client along with drawings \xe2\x80\xa2 Follow up with Clients and take all the steps to convert the enquiry to confirmed order. \xe2\x80\xa2 LPO and advance payment are to be collected for the confirmed orders. \xe2\x80\xa2 Production schedule prepared by the Engg. department to be shared with the Client and progress status to be updated regularly. \xe2\x80\xa2 The client is to be invited for a final inspection before despatch from the yard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Payment follow-up and payment collections are to be initiated as per the terms of payment. \xe2\x80\xa2 Collect feedback from Clients \xe2\x80\xa2 To support in finding suitable agents in the GCC region. \xe2\x80\xa2 To interact on regular basis with the agents or prospective Clients in GCC Countries. \xe2\x80\xa2 To extend support to agents in closing the business.
