Roles & Responsibilities: \xc3\xbc Monitoring existing client, generate Proposals and Bid Responses, generating new business opportunities, Sales. \xc3\xbc Managed IT Services, Identifying, generating new business opportunities from corporate or Govt. clients for Managed IT Services (AMC / FMS services). \xc3\xbc Creating and managing sales projections, working with sales team to build long lasting relationships with customers, and providing exceptional customer service during the sales process. \xc3\xbc Achieving growth and hitting sales targets \xc3\xbc Reaching set sales objectives \xc3\xbc Managing and monitoring existing client and ensuring renewals on time. \xc3\xbc Ensure customer satisfaction by achieving delivery / service quality norms. \xc3\xbc Work with Delivery teams in verticals to generate Proposals and Bid Responses Educational Requirements Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in IT field MBA in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage Work Experience

• At least 4-10 years hands-on experience in the same field

Technical Skills

• The position requires an individual to have a good business acumen with a broad understanding of Information
• Client Relationship Management skills
• Proficient in handling Pre-sales as well as after sales requirements of customers
• A key contact point for customers business requirements
• Excellent command in using MS Office packages
• Time management skills
• Fluency in oral and written English
• Leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
