The Role
We\'re looking for a new Sales Manager to join our expanding company. They will be responsible for managing, training, and monitoring an international sales team and ensuring sales targets are achieved. The ideal candidate should have strong team-leading experience, interpersonal and communication skills as well as a deep understanding of the local real estate market. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 Achieve sales revenue targets as per the company business plan \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the entire sales process flow in terms of strategy and prospect management \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop effective training programs that teach agents how to present the product, sell and negotiate deals \xe2\x80\xa2 To be fully involved in training for own sales team especially new joiners \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivate and monitor own sales team to insure the best productivity and consistent sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Lead by example and assist agents in closing deals when required \xe2\x80\xa2 Establish and maintain a professional relationship with current and new clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Create relationships, and attend events that may help to develop sales leads for the team \xe2\x80\xa2 Design, plan and execute a sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenue including in new regions \xe2\x80\xa2 Engage with potential candidates for the sales team \xe2\x80\xa2 Involved in the hiring and interview process for the sales team \xe2\x80\xa2 To act as an intermediary in negotiations between sellers and buyers over property prices and settlement deals \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage the customer sales experience and post-sale customer service experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage leads for the team and ensure leads are converted to sales \xe2\x80\xa2 Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve marketing strategies for lead generation or suggest new ones \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct research to develop property market intelligence \xe2\x80\xa2 Plan and conduct team meetings and sales team training regularly \xe2\x80\xa2 Managing KPIs for each member of the sales team including leads conversion and sales target

Requirements
  • Experience in the real estate industry for at least 5 years is a must (preferably in an off-plan market) \xe2\x80\xa2 2-3 years experience as a Sales Manager \xe2\x80\xa2 Educated with a Bachelor\'s, Master\'s, or similar degree (i.e. real estate, finance, or business administration) \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of the Dubai premium real estate market at a high level \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Deep understanding of the broker\'s work, including knowledge of the schemes and structures of the transaction process \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong personality and a \xe2\x80\x9dcan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude \xe2\x80\xa2 Proven organizational and planning ability \xe2\x80\xa2 Confident, yet approachable with excellent leadership skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong decision-maker \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills \xe2\x80\xa2 UAE driving license and a car \xe2\x80\xa2 Team player
