leading mapping solution provider in the region with over 100+ clients. We offer customized 2D and 3D static and interactive mapping solutions catering to the current market requirements of our clients. Over the years we have worked with a wide variety of government and non-government entities. Working hours will be Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5.30 pm. Saturday and Sunday are weekend offs but may be modified based on business requirements. Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates What does our client do? Prepare master plans to sell area maps They customize pin location maps. They have worked with Tourism boards like Dubai Tourism Official, Ajman Tourism, etc. Have done work for theme parks and resorts. They can convert satellite images to pin maps. We are looking to hire dynamic sales professional who will be selling our customized mapping solutions on behalf the company. Role: Sales Manager (PS: We need to look for Sales Executives or Sales Team Leaders who are ready to step in as managers) Salary: AED 5k \xe2\x80\x93 7k plus Commission Other Benefits: Benefits on completion of one year of continuous service: Annual Air ticket and 30 days calendar Annual Leave and Health Insurance. An extremely attractive commission structure upon target achievement that will be shared with the selected candidate in person. Experience: 2 \xe2\x80\x93 4 years Summary of the Role: An ideal candidate should have experience of managing or sub-managing a team. Should be an aggressive sales person who is creative and enthusiastic about doing sales, exploring new market and getting new industries on-board like real estate, insurance, banks, etc. Must be a good and steady decision maker. Must have strong communication skills (English \xe2\x80\x93 verbal and written). Should be well dressed and presentable as he/ she will be going for VIP meetings. An ideal candidate can be from; \xc2\xa7 the Hospitality industry wherein he/ she has gotten deals from groupon, etc. for the brand. \xc2\xa7 the Media industry wherein he/ she has done corporate/ B2B sales in getting adverts on-boarded like noon, amazon for billboard spaces, etc. : He/ She will be responsible for identifying potential clients by placing cold calls, sending out emails, or following up on inquiries. Generating quality sales opportunities and growing revenue. Connecting with prospective clients and presenting information about all of the products and services including advertising services we have to offer based on the project. Ability to establish quality time with decision makers and provide customized solutions as per the clients business needs. Conducting active follow-up of self-generated opportunities to establish customer satisfaction. Skills: Target/Result Oriented, Sales Achievement, Client Relationship Management, Team Player. Passion for Sales, Out of the Box thinker, Go Getter Attitude, Ability to work under stringent deadlines. Excellent communication both written and oral (English as must Arabic is optional). Good Problem solving, situational handling and analytical skills. Experience: Experience in sales is a must as well selling adverts space (preferred). Worked with clients from the Real Estate, Hospitality and Tourism sectors largely or any online offer platform company such as GroupOn, Cobone, booking.com, amazon and the like. Also professionals who have worked with publishing houses such as Gulf News Khaleej times Motivate Publishing ITP etc. who have been in corporate sales or have been selling media space will do. Having a rich database of Decision Maker contacts such as in Marketing or GMs for the accounts they have worked on. A valid UAE residence permit. UAE driving license must. Job Type: Full-time Salary: Up to AED7,000.00 per month Ability to commute/relocate:
