Description

Job Summary - Develop sales for the entire product portfolio of Liberty Steel with new customers in Belgium, in order to achieve defined sales objectives.

Job Responsibilities * Develop the business in BELGIUM with new customers

• Regain lost customers
• In charge of sales for the entire product portfolio of Liberty Steel Continental Europe
• Develop local market knowledge (forecasts, competitors, market shares, etc...)
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets through effective planning and implementation
• Responsible for brand promotion and for making Liberty Steel's products popular amongst customers.
• Prospect new customers and introduce them to the company and its products.
• Prepares, presents and negotiates commercial offers
• Develops long-term relationships with customers through managing and interpreting their requirements.
• Conduct research on the market and competition
• Monitor the competitors' activities, industry trends & local regulations affecting the business
• Identify market shifts
• Supports marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
• Prepares customer visits and sales reports
• Follows up and reports on claims, samples and other issues with customers

Qualifications

3 years of sales' experience in successfully selling steel products * University degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related filed;

• Proven ability to easily make contacts and to work collaboratively with others.
• Deep understanding of the business's marketplace models;
• Fluent written and verbal communications skills in both Dutch and English;
• Listening, negotiation and presentation skills;
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Self-motivated, autonomous and able to plan and organize the daily routine in an efficient way.
• Entrepreneurial spirit;
• Demonstrate calmness under stressful situations;
• Adaptable to business fluctuations and good management of ambiguity and uncertainty;
