Position & Duties:Directly contribute to achieving and surpassing Individual and Department revenue goals of the OrganizationIdentify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve division goals and targetsInitiate, manage, and take ownership of strategic dialogues with other teams, including Marketing,Technology, Client Services, among othersDrive the Marketing team to identify new potential affinity partners andformulate strategies to penetrate themDevelop and implement strategic goals and tactical planning for the sales organizationEnsure relationships with key decision makers for accounts that will provide new business arecontinuously developed and relationships are strengthened and grownOversee and manage the company's industry relations with key industry associationsSolicit customer feedback to inform the product management teamPerform other duties as assigned.Candidate Requirements:Sales experience in Oracle NetSuite ERP license & implementation selling across markets would be preferred or else in other Cloud-based ERP solutions like Epicor, Microsoft, SAP B1.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Ability to integrate knowledge across disciplines to include consultative selling, product demonstrations, closing contracts, operation/process flow, and product function Direct, previous track record of consistently achieving or beating quota for Individual sales performanceComfortable using online software sales automation products such as netsuite.com and web Collaboration tools like WebEx/Go to MeetingMust be articulate, organized, detail-oriented, and have the ability to multi-task in a dynamic, Fast-changing entrepreneurial environmentDevelops plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the companys sales goals.Creates a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement.Manages the use of budgets.Has worked in a high-value B2B complex sales environmentManages customer Expectations and contributes to a high level of customer satisfaction.Defines sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identifies improvements where and when required.Compiles information and data related to customer and prospect interactions.Monitors customer, market and competitor activity and provides feedback to company leadership team.Works closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel and partner programs.Manages key customer relationships and participates in closing strategic opportunities.Travels for in-person meetings with customers and employees as necessary.Masters and enforces Sales Policy guidelines.Qualifications/Skills: Minimum 7-10 years of relevant sales experience in ERP software industry experience IS A MUST. Oracle NetSuite sales experience will be preferred or else need to have a selling experienceof Epicor/SAP B1/ Microsoft Cloud ERP solution. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. Expertise in selling strategies and methodologies, strategic planning and execution. Sales expert who can drive sales opportunities to win and close deals. Expert in the industry who understands and influences the marketplace. A track record of performance excellence in meeting targets and objectives. UAE driving license is a must. Related Bachelors degree through MBA preferred.
