The role of the sales manager is to maximize the performance of the sales team, optimizing volume, profit, inventory age. The sales manager is key to developing robust budgets, strong guidelines and controls on pricing (based upon robust insights) Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
4+ years' of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Arabic language will be preferable

Skills & Knowledge

Experience in the export market is essential, together with prior management experience of a sales team essential. Despite being an export operation, the sales manager has to instill the disciplines of being a retailer into the locations - with site presentation high
The ambition is to rapidly become the best in the market
