we are actively seeking to hire an experienced "SALES MANAGER- REFRIGERANT GASES" for our reputed Gas company located in Dubai. RESPONSIBILITIES: Responsible for expansion of existing business and development of new clientele in key market sectors. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new markets and business potential by closely working with the sales team. Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow the brand awareness and ultimately to grow market share and sales in the markets. Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand through a wide range of online and offline marketing channels to increase brand visibility. Drive strategy and execution of all sales activities and establish sales target for the business. Analysis of sales performance, opportunities identified and schemes developed and implemented on monthly/ quarterly/yearly basis to improve sales performance. Compile & analyze performance data & metrics. Monitor & evaluate industry trends. Support the management by regular reporting on business development activity and sales progression on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum 10-15 years of work experience in Sales & marketing Manager (Preferably HVAC & AC-Refrigeration Parts & Services) MBA / PGDM in Sales and Marketing Mechanical Engineer Graduate Experienced in leading a team towards achieving the goals Self-motivated, go-getter, high energetic individual Should be comfortable with traveling With UAE driving license Understanding of competitor landscape and implement counter strategies Should quickly understand the industry supply chain eco-system Proven B2B and B2C track record in business development Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills Job Type: Full-time Ability to commute/relocate:
