AGCO Properties looking for sales managing having experience in Real Estate Industry.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Recruiting agents to the brokerage to increase size and sales
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training, and coaching
- Teaching weekly training classes (live or virtual)
- Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
- Ensure that company standards and procedures are well implemented by the sales consultants.
- Assisting in negotiations between buyers and sellers
- Responding to agent questions on contracts, negotiations, strategies, and goal planning
- Tracking, collecting, and interpreting sales figures and reporting
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Must be aware of market strategies.
- Adhere to real estate laws and have good knowledge in finance, mortgage, and related DLD protocols.
- Controlling expenses and monitoring budgets. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business
- Active real estate license
- Several years of real estate experience
- Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
