Job Description
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues
- Set individual sales targets for sales team & ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting
- Plan and direct sales team briefing training'
- Must hold 6+ Years of experience with real estate market within UAE & Should have driving license.
- Minimum 1 Years with a good reputed brokerage company
