You Will:

  • Promotes and sells the organisation's products and services within an assigned geographic area, product range, or list of customer accounts to achieve sales targets. Utilises current CRM systems in the sales process efficiently, and reports on leads and sales activities regularly.
  • Pursues sales leads, visits existing and new customers, assesses customer needs and suggests appropriate products and services, respond to customer enquiries, negotiates prices and delivery times and concludes sales orders.
  • Identifies, research, and contacts prospective customers and builds positive relationships generating future sales and repeat business. Refers sales leads, customers feedback, and information on competitor activity to appropriate contacts within the organisation. Identifies leads for other business units, promotes cross-selling activities and culture in the organisation.
  • Establishes annual, quarterly, monthly, or weekly sales plans and prioritises and schedules own activities ensuring targets are met. Develops sales plans with key clients.
  • Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
  • Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
  • Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts.
  • Coach, mentor, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Foster a competitive yet collaborative team environment.
  • Assess individual performance through observation and measurement, and suggest corrective actions as needed.

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 5 years of experience in Business Ports Middle East
  • Well connected with Ports in Middle East
  • Strong oral and written communication skills (English, Arabic is +)
  • Proven ability to lead a team to meet quotas
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Experience setting sales goals
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Deep understanding of CRM systems and best practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
