we are looking for a dynamic sales manager with proven experience in the UAE (at least 8-10years) in the field of Accessories. Key Responsibilities

Acquire new Business
Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
Meeting planned sales goals.
Conduct regular market visits and gain customer insights and attend various related programs and conferences
Business plan presentation and approval
Establish and maintain excellent relationship with clients
Develop sales strategy and onboard new customers
Build strong relationships with industry professionals, competitors, vendors and other personnel
Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary.
Promoting the organization and products.
Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.

Sales Manager Requirements:

Minimum 8-10 years' experience within sales and related industry home and accessories
Proven UAE experience
A deep understanding of marketing principles
Good communication and organizational skills
A positive attitude
Negotiation skills
Plenty of initiative
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies.
Experience in customer relationship management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead a sales team.
