Job Description

The Role

  • Managing the team of Sales Executives relevant to your role . Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team . Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company's customer base and ensures strong presence . Contribute to the recruiting, objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Executives . Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs . Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team . Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status . Create a motivating environment for the team where they feel they have the developmental assistance they need to achieve their targets and progress
Requirements
  • An associate or bachelor degree in business management, or a related field . Vast experience in the beauty/cosmetic industry . Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies . Customer relationship management . Experience managing and directing a sales team . Excellent written and verbal communication skills . Successful previous experience in a sales manager role consistently meeting or exceeding targets . Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences . Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization . Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close . Strong business sense and industry experience . Excellent mentoring, couching and people management skills
