The Role
Position Title: Sales Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary: all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications Job Location: Dubai, UAE About the Client: One of the leading companies in the UAE : . Achieve sales targets in materials sold, revenue and profitability . Accurately forecasts monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue streams . Develop new strategies, tactics and plans for future growth of the Business Unit . Build better and maintain customer relationship . Exploring new business opportunities with existing and prospective customers . Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with engineering and estimation departments . Coordinate daily reports (sales, client, staff meeting, collections, and project status) to BU General Manager . Formulate sales policies, practices, and procedure . Collaborate with General Manager of the Business Unit and Executive General Manager in developing sales strategies to improve market share in the business unit's product lines . Continuously motivate and inspire the sales team to focus on company's goals
Requirements
Qualifications: . 50 years old and above . Bachelor's degree in engineering, and MBA in Marketing is a plus . At least 6 years' experience in the management of sales team within prefabricated constructions solutions/aluminum and glass products/designing mobile aluminum halls . Experience in sales of prefabricated constructions solutions/aluminum and glass products/tent/modular building is a must . Must have knowledge of budgeting, cost estimating and contracts .
