Job description: Solar sales Manager Searching for new clients who could benefit from our products in a designated region. Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers and lead generation. Managing and interpreting customer requirements. Provide alternative solutions as required to meet unique customer needs. Inquiry management and after-sales service support. Solar system design and component sales experience Manages sales of the company's products and services in within a defined geographic area, province, or country. Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of sales personnel. Identifies objectives, strategies and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. You Will Be Responsible For Identifying opportunities for new business development through following up on leads and conducting research on target clients. New business generation by meeting potential clients to understand needs and providing relevant solutions. Managing the sales process to close new business opportunities. Building strong relationships with the existing portfolio of clients. Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly activity and revenue targets. Ideal Profile Requirements You have at least 6-12 years experience within a Business Development / Account Manager (B2B) role, ideally within the Renewable Energy industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills. You are a strong networker & relationship builder You enjoy finding creative solutions to problems You pay strong attention to detail and deliver work that is of a high standard You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
