Job Description
We are looking for a Business Manager (Retail & Sales) to supervise and lead a company's retail & sales (Internal & external) division. He is responsible to perform tasks to ensure company productivity and efficiency including implementing of the retail and sales (Internal & external) strategies, action plans for targets achievements, evaluating retail division, evaluating sales employees performances, supervising employees for improving the productivity and meeting organizational goals.
REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS
Above 10 years experience in retail management and sales Management in UAE.
Knowledge of retail and sales (Internal & External) management and best practices.
UAE market Commercial awareness
Above 5 years of team management (above 30 members) and excellent leadership, customer handling skills.
Market research, Sales data analytics, Metrics knowledge and skills.
Excellent knowledge of retail & sales management software (e.g. Focus)
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Degree & Above.
MBA Marketing preferred ( Immediate Joining Preferred) Job Type: Full-time Experience:
