THE ROLE We Highmoon Furniture, the leading office furniture manufacturing and supplying company in UAE are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team in UAE. Based in Dubai, the position will lead our sales team of 10 people. The emphasis is on attracting, retaining, and engaging clients. This is an opportunity for an individual to grow and develop in an exciting and varied role in a fast-moving part of the business. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a broader team
Other languages highly desirable, especially Arabic
